Looking at the VEM version its for ESXi 5.0. So your ESX host is 5.0?
If thats true then you need to upgrade the VSM to 1.4a. You are at 1.4 and 1.4a was the first version to support ESXi 5.0.
You can always consult the compatibility guide to see what is supported at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus1000/sw/4_2_1_s_v_1_4_a/compatibility/information/n1000v_compatibility.html
I would upgrade to 1.4b since it's the latest 1.4 stable build.

HI Louis
Thank you very much!
ESXI version is 5.0.0 build 504890
I looked The Nexus 1000v Compatibility list ,can't know the ESXI version means.

Louis
There is a problem in addition.
How can I removed the old VEM, because I cant again vem installation.

Make the sure the host is removed from the DVS in VMware vCenter. So right click on the host under networking in vCenter and "Remove from Distributed Switch".
Next on the ESXi host itself run "vem-remove -s -r". It will fail but it should tell you what command to run to remove the VEM module.
Then add the host back to the Nexus 1000V in vcenter and it should download the latest vem module for it that is compatibile with the VSM.
