Hi there,
I'm wondering if it's possible to have more the one VSM Plugin registered in the vCenter.
We have several vCenter Datacenters and some of them have no layer 2 connectivity. So we plan to use more then one VSM. With this we had a "workaround" for the requirement of layer 2 connectivity between the VSM and VEM.
Has anyone tried to run more then one "standalone" VSM with the same VMware vCenter?

Hi Tom,
You can have more than 1 VSM registerd in a single vCenter instance as along as the VSM are associated with different vCenter Data Centers. Each VSM is treated as a separate vNetwork Distributed Switch.
Hope that helps, pf
