N3K-C3172PQ - traffic blackhole with subinterface on underlay uplink

Dear Friends,

I observe the following behavior in N3K-C3172PQ:
- We have a VxLAN bridging enabled fabric
- In case of subinterfaces on the underlay uplink there is traffic blackhole on egress towards the trunk port where the bridged vlan is allowed
- In case of no subinterfaces on the underlay uplink there is normal traffic flow for all services.

Issue occurs even if there's no addressing and no protocols enabled on the subinterface, for example let's see the underlay port:

interface Ethernet1/46
  no switchport
  mtu 9216
  no ip redirects
  ip address 10.185.195.2/30
  no ipv6 redirects
ip router ospf 1 area 0.0.0.0
  ip ospf bfd
  ip pim sparse-mode
  no shutdown

interface Ethernet1/46.2
  mtu 9216
  encapsulation dot1q 2
  no shutdown

Once the subinterface on Eth1/46 is enabled most of the multicast and BUM traffic on the bridged VLANs is gone. On removal of the subinterface or only shutting it down then the traffic restores.

Tried multiple NX-OS versions like 9.3.12, 7.0.3.I7.10, 7.0.3.I4.7 but none helped, now compacting 9.2.3 in order to try it out as well.

This seems to be exactly the case observed with ALE ports on 9396 and 9372 however I'm using 10Gigs for the purpose at this time.

Thank you for any feedback, will be appreciated.
