I have question about Nexus 93180YC-FX downlinks whether support 100Mbps connections if I plug in the GLC-TE transceiver. The transceiver supports 10/100/1000Mbps autosense copper connection, but the Nexus 93180YC-FX spec said that it support 1/10/25Gbps for downlink. Technically, can it work if I connect a device with FE (100Mbps) port?

Never personally tried 100mbit, but the matrix suggests it should work. The documentation only shows 1/10/25, so I wouldn't count on it working but I would also give it a try. You can also do show interface ethx/x capabilities and it will tell you the speeds supported.
