Nexus 9k erase config / factory reset

I write erase a nexus 9k switch. After reload where it ask

hey guys.... I want to upgrade one nexus 9k... so during fresh boot, when presented with this:

I used skip option instead of yes.

Now, I cannot login using old password. Even after switch to boot and resent admin password, I still cannot login

Please help

just log in as admin with no password?

These are the admin password reset steps for anyone who wants to know. 

1. Power on nexus
2. Ctrl + c, this puts you in loader
3.  use this command ..   cmdline recoverymode=1
4. Then this command ..    Dir    …this is gonna find the latest NX OS in bootflash
5. Boot the latest nx os .bin
6. Now we're in switch(boot)# where we can CONF T
7. Switch(boot)(config)# admin-password <secret squirrel>   ...

Have you tried deleting the username and then remaking it with the old password?
