Nexus C93180YC-FX can't boot after version update.

After Cisco Nexus NXOS update from 9.3.4 to 9.3.9 I faced with some troubles. The switch doesn't load. 

As you can see on the screenshot, the error "ERROR: module device entry not created" is occurred. 

Does someone faced this type of error? What can I do with this? 

I tryed to press CTRL+C and boot old version on NXOS, but this error ocurred even if I try to do boot bootflash:/nxos.9.3.4.bin

Make sure you attached the right print. The print you attached says:

"This image is not copatible with this hardware platform.."
