Hi,
I have to enter the bootloader of some Nexus N9K-C93180YC-FX switches, cause at the moment they are using an aci image, but I have to change them to nx-os.
I was connected via the serial connection and I have tried it with putty, tera term and secure crt.
Diretly after the start of the boot process I have tried several combinations, like Strg + c, Strg + C, Strg + ], Strg + B, Strg + shift + 6.
I have also tried the break commands within putty or tera term.
Nothing of them has started the loader. Also there is no external reset button on the chassis.
Do you have a hint for me ?
Thanks + best regards

Hi hemohemoh,
thanks for your reply.
The solution was to keep Strg+C pressed constantly during the boot process.

hey @hansmeiser,
My suggestion:
Verify the serial connection: Ensure that you are using the correct serial cable and that it is properly connected. Double-check the baud rate, data bits, stop bits, and parity settings.
Power cycle the switch: Try power cycling the switch to see if that triggers the bootloader. Disconnect the power cable, wait for a few seconds, and then reconnect it.
If the issue still persists, just go for Cisco support.
Cheers!
