NX-OS Checksums Are Incorrect

I'm trying to upgrade NX-OS on a 7010 in our lab (to verify something for change control), and no matter how I transfer the system image, it has a bad (or different) MD5 than the source system image. I initially tried transferring the source image via FTP and when I modified my boot variables to the new image, the OS stated that the MD5 was incorrect. I then used USB and received the same result. Lastly, I checked the MD5 of the image on the source Nexus and checked the MD5 on the USB- both the same...I stick the USB on the destination NX and run the "show file usb1: xxxx md5" and I get a different MD5 on the USB file than I did on the source Nexus when the USB was in its sup...My kickstart seemed to transfer fine...

Source NX-OS: 7.3.5

Dest NX-OS: 6.2.14 (Want to upgrade to 7.3.5).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!
Mike

Mike,
Are the image files on source, destination, USB, and FTP the exact same size? A potential explanation for this is that part of the image is being lost during your transfers.
