NXOS log [MTM flow control condition hit]

Hello,

I was upgrade N93180 which were EOS from 7.0(3)I7(3) to 10.3(6)M.

And the MTM syslogs printing frequently. 

I would like to know what is the log mean below.

Is that meaning there had learn one MAC between different port?

I'm not sure if it's related to this bug.  CSCwb28215

  - The bug report for sure seems indicative ; from https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwb28215
     upgrade to one of the mentioned  Known Fixed Releases which are more recent then 10.3(6)M.
