Orphaned devices connect in vPC

Hi ,

We have two switches at the remote site. We connect the switch to the Nexus 5600 through two dedicated lines. The specific topo is as follows, can I achieve it? Are there any problems?

Additional notes:
nexus5600 and remote switches run STP（RSTP/MSTP） to prevent loops

Sure, the topology is possible. Just make sure that the root for your STP domain is part of the vPC domain or upstream.
