Setup a NDFC Border Gateway Spine as a NTP server

Scenario & Requirement

Single NTP server in network being hosted from VSS Core/Distribution routers on one location.

Need a second NTP server in network at another location within a NDFC MultiSite Fabric.

Question

Can we use the current NDFC Spine Border Gateway switch as a master NTP server in the other location?

Is it as straight forward as creating/updating a NTP policy & applying it to the allocated BGW switch?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hello @ashortPresidio

Using the NDFC Spine BGW switch as a secondary NTP server is a viable and often straightforward solution. The key is to plan carefully, configure the NTP policy correctly (especially the stratum level and ACLs), and thoroughly test and monitor the implementation. Leverage NDFC's configuration management features to ensure consistency and simplify administration.

Hope This Helps!!!
