Hi guys,
I have a wondering related by the compatibility of a sfp model with two models of Nexus 9k (N9K-C93180YC-FX3 and N9K-C93180YC-FX3H). I have searched the matrixes of compatibility, but the problem is that the output of the show interface transceiver is:
ro-pcdc93-r305-ISS-AGG1-N9K# sho int eth1/19 transceiver
Ethernet1/19
transceiver is present
type is 1000base-T
name is CISCO-AVAGO
part number is ABCU-5710RZ-CS5
revision is B2
serial number is AGM19234CBA
nominal bitrate is 1300 MBit/sec
Link length supported for copper is 100 m
cisco id is 3
cisco extended id number is 4
and nothing else.
The output of show interface transceiver sprom is:

From my oppinion is somehow a model of GLC-TE, but I am not sure cause cisco product id is missing.
I need to be sure about if it is or not compatible with the mentioned models of nexus 9k. Have anyone a solution for me ?
Thanks in advance

Hello @dan-enculescu
The transceiver you have (ABCU-5710RZ-CS5) is likely a 1000Base-T module similar to the Cisco GLC-TE. If it is a genuine Cisco module, it should be compatible with the N9K-C93180YC-FX3and N9K-C93180YC-FX3H models, provided the correct NX-OS version is installed. However, the lack of a Cisco product ID raises concerns about its authenticity or compatibility. To ensure proper operation, verify the transceiver against the Cisco Transceiver Compatibility Matrix and test it in your environment.
Hope This Helps!!!
