VNlink with FCOE.

Hi NX team'

Will VNlink support FCOE in the future, i.e. a CNA within the vNIC (and thus virtualizing the FC interface), and if so, in which NX products?

I assume many servers use FC for SAN, and to achieve real value of VMotion and VNLink together with a FC based SAN, the above should be supported.

Hi Jesper,

The short answer is yes, and you will actually see this supported first in Cisco UCS.  It will also be available on the Nexus 5000 in the 2010 timeframe.  That is about all I can say at this point.
