Would I be able to configure a N9K‑C93108TC‑FX and a N9K‑C93108TC‑FX3P as vPC peers within a single domain?

I couldn't find Doc about you can't OR can 

So best is ask TAC about this compatibility.

Even if you would be able to bring up such configuration, it will be unsupported.

When forming a vPC domain between two Cisco Nexus 9300 Series switches, both switches must be the exact same model to form a supported vPC domain
