Hi all, i need some help of technology about VXLAN in Data center.
Here is the simple tooplogy below:
Now due to business needs, the SVI-38 of SWs in Access layer needs to be able to ping to the SVI-38 of SW in right site.
The SVI IP are both in the same subnet.
i'm thinking about layer 2 extension of VXLAN, but as what i know(i'm a new in vxlan), in BGW(as leaf) you should have a VLAN-VNI mapping, but the pinging between SVI, is it have a vlan tag? can it be transfered in vPC trunk link? how BGWs encap the traffic with appropriate VLAN-VNI mapping? or we need AGG layer to be leafs as well???
That's torturing me...I think due to my poor knowledge...Truely hope for some tips. Thanks for that!
