Hi. I am thinking about moving our AuthProxy server from Windows to Ubuntu Server. I think I am okay with the installation process, but I have a question that I need to clarify.
At the moment, as we are running Windows, we have the Duo directory sync set to integrated.
Does the Ubuntu AuthProxy need to be joined to the AD domain? If not required or supported, I assume I just need to change the Duo Sync from integrated to NTLMv2
Thanks in advance

Yeah, just need change the auth from integrated in existing sync connection properties in the Duo Admin Panel and add the service account info for LDAP bind/search to your authproxy.cfg. Look at the "NTLMv2 or Plain authentication" info here.
