After installing Duo, the Windows WinLogon “Sign-in Options” for selecting the desired login option (i.e. password, pin, fingerprint, card, etc.) no longer appears.

Is there a way to get this back after installing Duo?

It's not supported with the Windows RDP client.

Answer

Duo supports Windows Hello as a platform authenticator (WebAuthn) to use as a two-factor authentication method for any Duo integrations compatible with the  Universal Prompt.

Duo also supports Windows Hello as a Duo Passwordless login option with a PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition for applications protected by Duo Single Sign-On with SAML.

For Duo Authentication for Windows Logon (RDP) and otherwise, Duo does not support Windows Hello at this time. This includes logging in to Windows using a PIN instead of a password.
