Getting the below error while running the 'sample.html' from the code JabberSDK-voice-video-Web11.0'. is there a step by step guide to integrate jabber voice and video calling.

It looks like you don't have the "CiscoWebCommunicatorAddOnInstaller.exe" installed on that computer.  I've barely got mine working.  I used this guide: https://developer.cisco.com/fileMedia/download/006949a5-ae49-47f3-978c-7ab9fe4cb4f3

Basically, you install the web site on a web server and then point the clients to the sample.  The above exe must be installed on the client.  The guide will walk you through setting up a phone and user.

Just checking, did you run the sample app from web server or directly from the file system? (now, it have to be run from the web server, easiest with python's SimpleHTTPServer).
