Can't Register a new APP

Hi Team,

    I was trying to register a new app, but it's not possible via the webform under Browse/Devnet/Authentication/App Registration.  The second field (Company Name) is required, however, the input form box does not show on the page, or is not being auto populated, if that is how it should work.

If I try to submit the form without that field, I get a nasty error:

Can a site owner please have a look?

Sorry about this, but there is a bug we're trying to resolve.  I'll reach out to you separately, as I can help you workaround this issue.
