I need a solution/method to capture the data of LIVE CALLS or calls in real time to be captured from the CUCM that we are already using for VoIP. We have configured the CUCM to dump the cdr files every 1 minute, but this doesn't server the purpose. Even if i reduce this frequency I will not be able to capture the data of calls in real time.
I heard there are several solutions but not sure which is the right one for us. If anyone has already done this please let me know the direction to achieve this.
Thanks

Hi Ben,
For real data capture of voice calls you have to use product that talk with the network products in your environment. Like SNMP service or something that listener the RTP payloads.
The Cucm can get you just logs and events but not capture for the voice payload between two phones for example..
I suggest you to open this request under the network section.
