Cisco northbound API in SOAP/WSDL file

Hi,

I am trying to search Cisco northbound API for .Net  (axis web service). I have read the API-guide and seen the Java samples but are unable to find any WSDL file or to use the .net disco.exe to auto-discover the capabilities of the ws-interface.

Is there a place to get hold of the wsdl for the northbound API? or even better some sample code on how to connect from .Net?
