This worked all last week but stopped this morning:
I have the same problem for EOX:

Is it working for you today? I was fine yesterday (4-18-23) but am having the same issue today.

We have been using the EOXByDates, EOXByProductID and EOXBySerialNumber APIs, and lately we're seeing the same 504 errors.
4/16 Date lookup failed, but ProductID and SerialNumber lookups worked
4/17 All 3 Failed
4/18 All 3 worked
4/19 The date lookup was working earlier this morning around 9:00 AM CST, but now we are getting the 504 errors again.

I anyone else still having this issue? I've emailed the support email supportapis-help@cisco.com twice and still haven't gotten a reply...

Even after migrating to the new API we are getting 504 gateway timeout using the new URL...
Is this confirmed as a general issue, meaning is Cisco working on a fix now?

As far as I can tell Cisco is just ignoring the problem as other than this thread, I cannot find anything online and they aren't responding to emails.

Looks like this is still an issue. EOX started working for me about a week or so ago, but Software Suggestions is still showing the same errors. A few minutes ago I was seeing the following: <html><body><b>Http/1.1 Service Unavailable</b></body> </html> when trying the Software Suggestions API.
I have also emailed API support several times, along with a number of others and have yet to see any response on these issues.
