Error connecting to finesse server agent interface

According to the instructions provided in our sandbox environment, I connected my VPN and accessed the following machine, AW1-A server.

I launched Remote Desktop to the AW1-A server located at 10.10.20.21 using the credentials:

Login user ID: BERLIN\pcceAdmin
Password: C!sc0DevNet

I was able to access the machine successfully; however, when I tried to access the Finesse agent login using 

https://fin-pub-a-50.berlin.icm:8445/desktop/ 

I encountered the following error.

 

This Finesse Server is currently out of service. For more information, contact your administrator.
I have encountered this error multiple times. Please let me know if i am missing any step
