TMS with EMS email notification issue

We have integrated EMS and TMS and all works (bookings, scheduling, call launch at start and end times) however no email notifications are being sent for any booking activity. We have tried to create a ConferenceAPI user using the TMS API remote setup section but have been unsuccessful.

Any ideas?
