WLC - Retrieving client RSSI measurement directly from WLC

Cisco Cloud CMX Presence retrieves the data from the WLC using NMSP protocol. The data includes the measurement of probe requests that the AP forward to the WLC.

Is it possible o retrieve these data directly out of the WLC in an external server?

What if I configure the address of my server in the WLC instead of the Cisco CMX Cloud? How can I read the data transmitted through the NMSP protocol?
