As the title says, when I authenticate in the aci simulator hosted on "https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/" using the provided username and password it returns the following message:
User credential is incorrect - FAILED local authentication
Can someone see this please?
Also trying ssh admin@sandboxapicdc.cisco.com returns a request timeout error.
Many Thanks

The issue is occurring again. Was the password changed after the maintenance?

@carv3l The server can be connected using login credentials admin and password: !v3G@!4@Y and is located https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com
Details are here: https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/18a514e8-21d4-4c29-96b2-e3c16b1ee62e?diagramType=Topology
I tested the API and UI on the above.
I am not sure SSH (port 22) is open on this sandbox only 443/80
(venv) $ nc -z sandboxapicdc.cisco.com 80 Connection to sandboxapicdc.cisco.com port 80 [tcp/http] succeeded! (venv) $ nc -z sandboxapicdc.cisco.com 443 Connection to sandboxapicdc.cisco.com port 443 [tcp/https] succeeded!

Sorry, forgot it only accepts api requests and tcp connections.

Again the same problem.
When I authenticate in the ACI Simulator hosted on "https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/" using login credentials admin and password !v3G@!4@Y it returns the following message: "User credential is incorrect - FAILED local authentication"
Anyone know what's going on?
Thanks and regards

I also have the same issue using the same credentials, response code is 401 and text is 'User Credential is incorrect - FAILED local authentication'. Is this an issue at my end or does the account need to be reset again?
Scott.
