Add a user to Unified Contact Center Express 11.5 sandbox

We are not able to add permitted users to the sandbox. Please add these 2 users:

Hi John,

Paul is now added into the lab permit user list.  But we could not add Pete since the user id is not in our system. Could you please ask him login into our sandbox to create his ID?
