Add Users to Sandbox and VPN Credentials

Hello, I would like to add the following users to my sandbox and allow them to use a VPN:

symplr_cisco1@outlook.com
symplr_cisco2@outlook.com
symplr_cisco3@outlook.com

Hello, 

For requests like these, please click on the green 'Report a Sandbox Issue' button on this page and we will try and accommodate you if the infrastructure will support it. That being said, the latest I heard was this was possible when the sandbox labs were hosted on in the datacenter. Now, when moved to the cloud, that feature is not possible.
