Add users to UCCX 11.5 sandbox

I was not able to add additional users to the sandbox when it was created.

I would like to add these two users

jeff.mcdonald@bluec802.com

Sandbox id should be:    992f7e4a-b2ed-4aef-bc68-13600c31e413

Please enable VPN connections for these 2 permitted users when you add them.

Also, please extend the sandbox time to 4 weeks.

How about now?  I have reserved a new sandbox, I still need twp more vpn credentials.

Where do I find the reservation id?

You can find the reservation id in your browser's address bar. It is a unique one among reservations.
