Anyconnect connection problem: No assigned address

I created myself a collaboration endpoint sandbox, but are unable to get the VPN session running.

The endpoint I tried is devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20206 but all I am getting is the following message from AnyConnect:

    13:40:01    The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt.  A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication.
The following message was received from the secure gateway: No assigned address
    13:40:01    AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again.

Any suggestion what might be going on?
