API access to always on ACI simulator (sandboxapicdc.cisco.com) intermittently fails. Ansible gives the error "connection refused". When I experience this issue I am able to access the ACI web GUI. Is this system overloaded and it's just a matter of picking another time to try to access or is it in some sort of failure state?
