i'm not able to reach the VM? What to do?

Hi @alexanderspa 

Please make sure you have VPN connection established to the lab environment. Also please give it 5-10mins to be sure all services are up and running.
Also please see if you have an IP connectivity - ping the VM to see if it responds. If not - try to tear down and spin up lab again.
The details about VPN connection can be found on a devnet sandbox page, click on a "Environment" on the left side of a page, then click on your running environment and then select "Quick Access" button on the right - you will see credentials and VPN gateway to which you need to connect.
