AppD On-Prem Sandbox failed to start

Hi team,

I need your help to get this environment started.

It failed, and now if I want to start a new one it is telling me that I reached the upper limit.

You would need to cancel/stop the current reservation and spin up a new one.

Ive not seen this message, you might need to wait for a period for this to clear.
