Hi
i already used a collaboration 9.1 dev lab to make some tests without any problems.
This time the CUCM machine has no ip available (NA displayed)
setup was completed.
web access gives a na/ page which of course fails to load.
i tried to rerun setup command, which was completed sucessfully but same status..
should i restart a complete new sandbox lab?

Please restart with a new reservation. In the meantine we will investigate the issue.

Hi,
Reservation ID 9c3e9007-d0eb-42ed-92cd-f10a8e49add2 is not currently active in the system right now. How long did you book your session for?
When you login to the cloud shell portal, do you see the active reservation under the Reservations option?

Sorry i cancelled Reservation ID 9c3e9007-d0eb-42ed-92cd-f10a8e49add2 like Tony suggested.
24h hours to validate my answer in the forum was way too long i answered 15mins after your reply.
Anyway i restarted a new one but same issue
i can access the Presence machine but not the CUCM one

well it looks like it's just a web page issue on the sandbox display.
I connected on the Presence machine (from sand box web page clicking on WEB )
I used System->CUCM publisher
i was able to find the CUCM Ip (I should have tried the first Ips)
using that ip directly as the url gave me access to the CUCM machine.
So the CUCM virtual machine was correctly started but the web sandbox page is not updated with the CUCM machine ip preventing the use of the WEB button.

Apologies for any delay in getting back to you.
I looked at your 9.1 lab this morning and all services/integration is up and running between CUP and CUCM. If you are noticing some errors on the Sandbox portal itself, be aware that we are adding functionality all the time. We will be addressing the issue you see in the short term. However, this should not hinder any of your testing. Once connected to VPN, you can directly connect to any server as you stated in your previous post.
