Can't connect to DevNet K8s lab using AnyConnect client

I'm trying to connect to my lab using the information sent to me by mail but it always fail in the profile loading step:

• Lab Network Address: devnetsandboxsj.cisco.com:20151
• Username: Ebeid@gate
