Hi,
Since yesterday I can't connect to nx-api always on sandbox at devnetsb13.cisco.com. I have tried turning off antivirus and firewall, but still no luck. But I can connect to devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave04.
This person in this thread: VPN to DevNet sandbox with AnyConnect problem. experiencing the same issue as I am. His question seems has not been answered yet.

Sorry about the delayed response, most of the Sandbox team was out of office during the holidays. Sorry to hear about the ISP blocking your connection, please let us know if there's any way we can help out!
Thanks!

Hello Kevin,
I accessed devnetsb13.cisco.com via AnyConnect VPN client and was able to effect a successful login. In addition, I could ping management addresses of NX-OS nodes e.g.
C:\Users\eublack>ping 172.16.1.90 <----nx-osv-1 node
Pinging 172.16.1.90 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 172.16.1.90: bytes=32 time=61ms TTL=252
Reply from 172.16.1.90: bytes=32 time=61ms TTL=252
Try a Anyconnect VPN connection to IP address: 64.103.26.57 rather than FQDN to see, if it makes a difference. Otherwise, it is probably an ISP issue as you have indicated.
Regards,
Eugene Black
