can't receive email after APIC-EM mini Lab setup

I am expecting an email to be sent to my email (in CCO profile)  to access the lab when APIC-EM mini lab is created.

APIC-EM_EFT2_HW-MiniLab-2_Reservation is reserved and running  but no email is received.

Am I missing anything ?

the email address that you provided in your CCO profile is not valid. emailing your address results in an email failure. please provide an valid email address so we can investigate your issue further

This email has come through both private and work email where are on my cco profile.

Can you double confirm if the email addresses you checked are
