cant login to Cisco Sandbox

Hi

cant login to Cisco Sandbox at:

https://sandboxdnac2.cisco.com

Username: devnetuser

Password: Cisco123!

I visited this site in August and after that tried today and i cant login 

gave error- invalid credentials

tried again and it is giving the following error:

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

Anyone else having same issue?

BUt got error :  Invalid Login Credentials again
