Catalyst Center Always

I am trying to access Catalyst Center Always-On v2.3.3.6-20260418T17053467 , but  authentication fails with username and password provided

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have resolved the issue for now. But as this is an public service with shared access other users may affect connectivity from time to time.

Hello @ecorban, this appears to be happening again. 

hello @jlapsley thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have fixed the issue. If this happens again, and you need a dedicated sandbox i suggest you try to reserve the Catalyst Center Sandbox (if available!)

I managed to finally reserve a sandbox. However, I am having Issues accessing Catalyst Center Sandbox (Reserved)  could you please advise accordingly?

Authentication failed again. What about a password reset button? 

user authentication is working. please use the reservable sandbox if u need a dedicated service as AO sandbox users are using api to update user credentials as part of there development.

There is no issue with login to the cisco Catalyst Always on sandbox with user devnetuser and password Cisco123!

Hello,

This username is reset, so you should be able to login. It would be beneficial to all if user password wasnt changed or updated..
