Cisco Catalyst Always On Sandbox Credentials Not working

Hey Guys,

Is the Always-On Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN (https://sandboxdnac.cisco.com and https://sandbox-sdwan-2.cisco.com) accessible to anyone? I've been trying to login for the past couple of days and it rejects the credentials (I cross checked them multiple times and they are the ones that are on the webpage as well). Can someone help with the same ? Below are the details on the Devnet webpage

  • Accept the self-signed certificate
  • Allow browser notifications
  • Login with credentials [devnetuser/Cisco123!]

Regards,

Sameer

Hi @Sameer-Singh the sandbox was fully reset yesterday, that means for a moment no devices were present. I'm checking right now and I can see the 4 devices now.

By the way, we are recommending now to use the reservable Catalyst sandbox if possible.

hello @Sameer-Singh and yes, the Always-On Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN sandboxes are intended to be publicly accessible to anyone with the default DevNet credential......

but these sandbox are shared environments and occasionally experience downtime, resets, or lockouts, especially if other users change passwords or leave sessions open. Try some things man, like clear browser cache or use incognito mode. Try a different browser, and make sure ur accepting the self signed certificate

hope it helps

Thanks @Enes Simnica . I have tried all of the above . PFA the screenshots . The credentials are not working with the default devnet credentials as mentioned in the Cisco Sandbox Website . Did the credentials change and not updated on the Sandbox website or the user is blocked ? If blocked , can you guys kindly unblock the same ?

@bigevilbeard Ok . But unable to login to the active sandbox too . The credentials don't work . It throws Login Failed on the Catalyst Center. @Enes Simnica I tried all the user/passwords u suggested . Doesn't work on https://sandboxdnac.cisco.com/

@Sameer-Singh great, in which case the devnet eng team will need to reset the password and advise.

Is there a way , I can tag them to reset the password or advise?

@Sameer-Singh the team monitor the community for issues daily, if you want to use a Cisco Catalyst now, try the reservation based version until the the AO is restored.

Hope this helps.

Hi everyone, I pinged the sandbox team so they can fix it soon.

Thank you , the Sandbox is now accessible but it has no inventory associated with the sandbox. Can we provision few ?
