Just wanted to let the team know - today I had the same issue. I set up two labs (both collaboration UCM 11.5). Both times I was not able to access the lab via AnyConnect. I tried from a Windows 10 PC and from a Mac. My userid was "steffenwen" IIRC.

Official statement: Yesterday 12th Feb, we experienced issues with your Sandbox Lab reservation – specifically, the VPN session was not configured correctly, which prevented you from being able to access your lab environment. We have identified and fixed the underlying issue, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Hello Team,- today I had the same issue. I set up two NX-OS with Nexus 9Kv labs Both times I was not able to access the lab via AnyConnect. I tried from a Windows 10 PC . My userid was "evanburban" please assist

Try this, go to Network Connections from Control Panel, right-click Cisco AnyConnect Security Mobility Client Connection, and choose Properties. Then disable IPv6, change IPv4 IP settings from Fixed IP to Dynamic. Close all Network Properties dialog boxes, and try VPN connecting again.

Hope this helps.

Check the port(s) are not blocked by your local firewall and/or provider. Try another sandbox which will give you another destination VPN head end, this will see if you can also connect.

Hope this helps.
