On the CML sandbox, the gateway of 10.10.20.254 for the management network is not reachable. This should be accessible via connectivity to the external connector on network 10.10.20.0/24.
Since the gateway seems to be inop, I am also unable to interact directly with nodes within the CML instance.
It has been a long time since I used this sandbox, but I don't think this traffic(direct connectivity to guest nodes) is supported or allowed. You will have to spin up your own CML free instance if you wish to do this.

I agree with Torbjom, I don't think this is allowed online Sandbox CML; You can download/upload your lab file to/from but do not let u connect to guest nodes externally.
