I recently downloaded CML, and did not obtain the necessary .ISO file. It appears that I do not have access to this file anymore since I downloaded the OVA file. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Make sure you login to https://learningnetworkstore.cisco.com/ using the same username as the one used to purchase the CML Personal. Going to My account -> Download you should be able to download the reference platform ISO.
In the event you still cannot download, what is the message you get?

if you purchased the CML you always have access to download ISO file.

You can raise this as an issue for your account here in the CML-P community https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/topic/0TO3i00000094ZjGAI/cisco-modeling-labs-personal-community
Hope this helps.

With a CML-P purchase, you do not have CML download entitlement on cisco.com Software Central, which is for CML Enterprise customers. As @liviu.gheorghe states, you must download through your Cisco Learning Store account.
