Cisco Unity Connection cannot answer calls message

Hi there, a couple things
1. I reserved a sandbox lab (Unified Contact Center Express 10.6) just yesterday and when I was looking at Cisco Unity today, it says "Cisco Unity Connection cannot answer calls" (see screenshot below). Is there a way to get this working? I checked the forums for similar problems, and it looks like some sort of patch may need to be applied to my sandbox.
2. Is it possible to have my lab extended till October 29th 2018?

I don't understand what you mean. When I look in the help section for Cisco DevNet Sandbox, it says go to the community and engage with them.
