After connecting to Cisco VPN with the provided credentials, I have launched the SSH panel in the DevBox of the IOS-XR Sandbox
then I face the below error in accessing the remote URL

@maddiv i don’t use the guacamole console - are the devices reachable via the following ports on ssh?

Thanks, devices is reachable only via the mentioned ports, but not via the ssh panel in the menu.

@maddiv can you use your terminal or ssh client to ssh to the devices? Trying to establish if the ssh access is broken or just via the tool.

Iam able to access the routers and the devbox using putty with the port details. I have a general query, is it possible to upgrade the routers with a specific IOS-XR software image provided by the user. can upgrades and downgrades possible?

@maddiv it is not recomended. If you wanted to use certain images, i would suggest looking at the CML sandbox as your testbed.
