DevNet Meraki Small Business and Enterprise Sandbox missing appliances

I finally got to reserve the Meraki Sandbox but when I logged in there were no appliances. No MX, no switches, no Cameras, AP's nothing. Its like this a brand new install. All it has is a network called branch office. Is there a solution for this?

I see some of the reservations did not clear down properly and are holding devices. I am clearing them down now and will update the thread.

Thank you for the support, @jokearns1. However, I just accessed the sandbox, and the Merakis are showing 'Never connected to the Meraki cloud.' Also, I can't make any API calls. Can I create a new admin user within the organization?

Hi, 

These are virtual devices not real ones. They do not carry traffic or connect back into the cloud. They are just for API calls and demo purposes. 
As regards API calls, you need to generate an API key. Unfortunately, SAML users cannot do this for security purposes. To get an API key, the easiest way is to invite your personal email to the org with full admin access. This is done from Organisation --> Administrators. You will get an invitation email. Once you accept and login, that user will be able to generate an API key.
