Hi,
Has anybody tried to simulate Bridge domain and EVPN in a Cisco Modelling Lab environment
For me, even a simple Bridge domain with BVI was not working
I followed Cisco IOS XR configuration guide but I am not able to ping the BVI interface from the end device.
In case of EVPN, the local MAC address itself is not getting learnt.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks

i think that is a limitation with virtual I guess. (Hope you have CML2 here ?)

@kaushik_gosar I dont think any multipoint L2 works on XRv, i think only VPWS on XRv9000 with 6.4.1 and then nothing even with current 7.4.1: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/virtual-routers/xrv9k-74x/release/notes/b-release-notes-xrv9000-r741.html#concept_15579287A4DGCHJFHDEKJ12234
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I am using the Cisco Modeling Labs (Sandbox environment).
When I check in the help section, the version is displayed as V2021 V2.0
Is it confirmed that Bridge domain/EVPN requires actual H/W and CML will not support it ?
Thanks,
