Last week I was able to successfully work in IOS XE on Catalyst Latest Code Always On sandbox.
This week I am unable to enter into a "config term" mode
Router01>config term
^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
Is there anyway to manually reset a sandbox?

Normally when this happens the team has to hard reset the device in the backend.

@bigevilbeard how can I proactively notify Cisco to do a hard reset?

Ensure that the user account you are using has sufficient privileges to execute the "enable" command. If the account does not have the necessary privilege level, you may encounter an authentication error.
