I was working with the PCCE sandbox and wanted to enable state tracing so that I could see entries in Agent_State_Trace table. However, I did not find any option in CCE Administration to enable state tracing for agents. I tried to update the agent table by setting AgentStateTrace field to Y for a particular agent but that didnt seem to work either. Could you please help me with the same?
