I don't receive emails with vpn credentils

Hi everyone,

 

I hope you are doing well.

For activate a sandbox lab I use my cisco id (email partner account ) I am able to make reservations but I never receive any email  with the vpn credentials and therefore I can't login to any of the devices. Do you know you can help with this issue?

Hey @carloszzz27  The output window will display live information about the automation in your sandbox. It's a good place to look if you want to find your VPN information, or suspect there may have been errors in the sandbox setup. To view the output window, enter your reservation, and press the "Output" button located in the top toolbar.
